Am I buying directly from the team/venue?

Yes. The premium suites posted for sale on this website are operated by the Sacramento Kings.

If you provide payment information to purchase a suite, your payment information will be handled in accordance with PCI DSS, the information security standard for protecting credit card data. How do I book a Sacramento Kings suite?

To book a Sacramento Kings suite at Golden 1 Center, visit the RESERVE NOW page and click on the game you wish to attend. A suite can be purchased directly from the website via Instant Book or by contacting the Suite Services Department at [email protected].

How do I get my tickets after booking a suite?

Once your booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation email including details on how to access your tickets. All tickets and parking passes will be uploaded electronically. Visit www.kings.com/clicktix to log into your account or click here to view a mobile ticket tutorial.

Tickets cannot be printed and screenshots will not be valid upon entry into Golden 1 Center.

Will the suite be private to my group?

Yes. All suites listed on SacramentoKingsSuites.com are exclusive to your guests.

Are suites ADA accessible?

Yes. All Suites, Lofts, Balcony Decks, and Balcony Boxes are ADA accessible. Guests will enter through the VIP Entrance located off 6th and L Street.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Acceptable forms of payment on SacramentoKingsSuites.com include:

  • All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover)
  • Apple Pay on mobile devices

Is payment required in full?

Yes. Payment in full is required upon booking to secure a suite.

Are there any additional fees?

There are no additional fees. The price listed is the final price. The only additional cost would be any Standing Room Only tickets or additional in-unit catering.

Refund Policy

Can I cancel my suite reservation?

No. Per our sales terms and conditions, all suite sales are final. Click here to access our Golden 1 Center Rental Agreement.

What if my event is postponed/rescheduled?

Should an event be postponed, please retain your tickets, as it is typically honored on the date to which the event has been rescheduled.

What if my event is cancelled?

If an event is cancelled, you may return your tickets to the point of purchase to receive a refund.

Planning Your Suite Experience

How and when do I order catering?

Catering is included with your suite purchase. Suites, Lofts, and Balcony Decks come with the Crown Package (alcohol is excluded) and the Balcony Boxes come with food plus house beer and wine. After your purchase, you will receive an email with catering details and information. Guests can purchase additional food and beverage no later than 3 business days before an event.

Am I required to purchase catering?

Catering is included with your suite purchase. Guests may purchase additional food and beverage within 3 business days of the event or at the arena.

Outside food and beverage is not permitted inside Golden 1 Center.

Can I purchase additional tickets (also known as Standing Room Only tickets or SRO's) for my suite?

Standing Room Only tickets may be available depending on the size of your suite. Please refer to your reservation to see if additional tickets are available or contact your Kings Account Manager. If additional tickets are available, the purchase can be made through your Account Manager at any point leading up to the event.

Can I get guest passes for my suite?

Guests passes are not permitted for suites. If you would like to host additional guests, please contact your Kings Account Manager to purchase Standing Room Only tickets up to the maximum allowed for your suite size.

What is the child ticket policy for suites?

All children 2 years and older will need a ticket to enter Golden 1 Center.

What am I permitted to bring into the suite?

Does my suite ticket give me access to other areas?

Suite tickets provide access to the VIP Entrance, Croft and Elms Bars, and Cask and Alchemy Lounges on the Suite Level. Additionally, you have access to all general fan areas and Local Eats stands on the Plaza and Bridge Levels.

Game Day Questions

Where do I park?

All premium rental parking is located in the West Premium Garage at 325 L Street. Following your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email including your electronic parking passes with details on where to park.

Where do I find the VIP Entrance?

The VIP Entrance is located off 6th and L Streets. This entrance is exclusive to all premium seating. You will receive an email following your reservation including a photo of the VIP Entrance.

When does my suite open?

For Sacramento Kings games, doors open 1.5 hours prior to tipoff.

Can I order food & beverage from my suite during the game?

Yes. Each suite has a designated suite attendant. In-game food and beverage orders may be placed through the attendant, iPad, or QR code inside the suite. The game day menu includes group portions and limited individual items. Sacramento has a strong food culture, so the menu features a variety of farm-to-fork options celebrating local chefs and farmers.

Is gratuity customizable or included in the bill?

Gratuity is customizable.

If I have an issue with my suite on game day, who can I contact?

If you have any questions or concerns at the arena, please contact your Kings Account Manager or a Golden 1 Center Premium Ambassador.
